Beaumont~ 3 5/8” blade, 8 1/2” overall, 1 3/16” wide,5/32” thick.
The Beaumont is our most popular fixed blade hunting knife, not too short, for those used to a long knife, or those wanting to separate out elk, not too long, to properly field dress a deer.

Gunnison~ 3 1/2” blade, 7 5/8” overall, 7/8” wide, 1/8thick.
The Gunnison is the all around little workhorse knife. Horseback riding, trail hiking, fishing and hunting, the perfect small general purpose knife

Kodiak~4 1/4” blade, 9” overall, 1 3/16” wide, 1/8” thick.
The Kodiak is for those who like a big skinning belly and the ease of using a guthook, as well as the man with big hands.

Wellington~ 3” blade, 7 1/2” overall, 1 3/8” wide, 5/32” thick.
The Wellington is our popular 3" Guthook model.
It has plenty enough skinning belly and stout enough to do the heavy jobs.

Laramie~ 3” blade, 7 1/2” overall, 1 3/16” wide, 5/32” thick.
The Laramie is our second most popular hunting knife, and our most popular in the "Texas Hill Country"... and believe me... those folks do a lot of field dressing of whitetail deer!

Montrose~ 4 1/4” blade, 9” overall, 1 ” wide, 5/32” thick.
The only Montrose currently in stock features beautiful Raspberry Dyed Box Elder Burl, with Natural Box Elder Burl used in the matching handmade chevron.
This knife is prefered by hunters that like a straight back to the blade and just a bit longer length than the Beaumont.

5" Bowie~ 5” blade, 10” overall, 1 1/8” wide, 3/16 thick.
This is the heavy duty campground knife! Highly figured curly maple, with hand inlayed chevron makes this a beautiful and distinctive gift!

Yukon~ 3 3/8" blade, 7 1/4” overall, 5/8” wide, 1/8" thick.
The Yukon is the ultimate finesse cutter, with the added convenience of a guthook. Due to the curve of the knife blade, to handle, you have a full skinning belly, but retain the slender width for manuverability. Deer, to hogs, this knife dresses them all! $156.95 w/ leather sheath

This is the handiest knife in the kitchen, great for not only cutting sandwiches, but also great for cutting tomatoes, chopping lettuce, slicing carrots, cutting cold cuts and various other kitchen chores.

The Bandera~ 3” blade, 7 1/2” overall, 1” wide, 5/32” thick.
The Bandera is the little brother to the Beaumont. A slightly shorter drop point with a little more "wide open" handle that accomodates larger hands as well as average sized hands....

Monterey~ 4 1/4” blade, 9” overall, 1 1/4” wide, 5/32” thick.
Our enclosed tang Monterey is the perfect knife for the man who likes a bit larger handle, but still wants a shorter working edge, and the knife to balance properly.
