E-Mail is probably the easiest way to contact us; if we happen to be out of town at a show, it will take us longer to respond, however, ....but, normally, we will answer all e-mails within 6 hours of when our server receives them. Feel free to e-mail anytime, and don't worry... we do not harvest e-mail addresses for sale! We're just not into that game! |

You may wonder why we don't have a toll free line... the reason is simple, we do everything to keep our prices down, and the cost of maintaining a toll free line would have to be added to the price of the knives! When you call us... Please be prepared to leave a message ~ when we are working, sometimes we either can't hear the phone, or cannot turn loose what we are working on ~ so be prepared to leave a message ~ and if we don't grab the phone before you hang up ~ we will call you back as soon as we take a break! If we happen to be on the road at a show ~ we will call you back just as soon as we pick up your message ~ so leave a crisp clear message & then be patient ~ we may not be able to return your call on the same day you called ~ but rest assured we WILL call you back! |
