As previously mentioned, these sets are available by special order only, insuring that your set will match as closely as any two pieces of wood can match. This way you may build your own customized set as well. Shipping is dependent on how many knives are ordered and is calculated accordingly.

Santoku Style:
The word santoku loosely translates as 'three virtues' or 'three uses', a reference to the three cutting tasks the knife performs so well: slicing, dicing, and mincing. Santoku style blades are not designed for heavy chopping. The blade is designed thinner for more precise cutting required in preparation of finely sliced meats and vegetables.
We offer two different handle styles of Santoku, The first shown matches our kitchen cutlery knives above, the second is our own interpretation of a more classic Japanese style Santoku. Both knives have the same basic dimensions.
6" Standard Santoku: 10 ¾" overall, 6" blade, 1 ½" wide, .070 thick. $79.95
